This User Agreement is a public document of the website administrator (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") and defines the procedure for visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Visitors") to use the website owned by the Administrator, as well as the processing, storage, and other use of information received by the Administrator from the Visitor on the Administrator's website. The Website Administrator may change this User Agreement at any time without notifying the Website Visitor.
By submitting any information directly or indirectly relating to a specific or identifiable individual (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"), the Website Visitor confirms that they have read and agree to this User Agreement.

The Website Administrator guarantees the Visitor that the processing and storage of the Visitor's Personal Data received will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of June 27, 2006. The Website Visitor understands and agrees that providing the Administrator with any information unrelated to the purposes of the Website is prohibited. Such information may include information concerning the Visitor's health, intimate life, nationality, religion, political, philosophical, or other beliefs, as well as information that constitutes the Visitor's commercial, banking, or other confidential information.
The Administrator guarantees the Visitor that it will use the Personal Data received from the Visitor solely for purposes limited to the Administrator's marketing, advertising, and informational purposes, as well as for analyzing and researching Website Visitors, and for providing the Visitor with goods and services, whether or not directly located on the Administrator's website.
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising," the Visitor consents to the Administrator receiving advertising messages via the specified contact information.
The Visitor is solely responsible for any violation of the law when using the Administrator's website. The Administrator assumes no liability for any violation of the law by the Visitor, including the Administrator's inability to guarantee that the website content complies with the Visitor's purposes.
The Visitor is solely responsible for any violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties by the Visitor's use of the Administrator's website.
The Administrator reserves the right to prohibit the Visitor from using the website if there are legal grounds for doing so.
